as l askif l import a car from usa and will buy a navigation cd from uae. will this run in my x6 from usa as l heard they have ntsc and we have pal so pls l need yr expert opinion

the base software is the same, but the data is different. The data does not care it is ntsc or pal. As long as you have X6 approved data then you should theoretically be ok.

The format only matters if you're watching a movie on DVD. The DVD for the Nav is data.
Also - do not tell the dealer you're exporting the car or they may refuse to sell it to you as their dealer agreement forbids the sale of vehicles to be exported out of the USA.!
