ok so im 15 and going to get my first car soon. but IDONT KNOW WHAT TO GET!!!! ive thought about the chevy equinox cause l am going to have to keep this car for 6-8 years and the space would come in handy. l originally wanted a mustange but my dad got a shelby so l have one if l wnna drive it. l like sporty cars but need something fuel efficient and safe. You do not want nothing to expensive just yet because its very likely you might crash. At such a young age, which country are you from. You can drive at 15, l had to wait till 17. Get something like a Maybach Excelero

Honda Civic. It is awesome, nice, comfortable driving, safe, reasonable price and fuel efficient. And if someday you decide to sell it, it will be quite easy.

can not go wrong with the new accords, very classy, efficient, and of course honda is really reliable compared to chevy, ford, or anyone else. if you want a car to last more than 100k go with honda. by the way you'd be the coolest girl around if you learned how to drive a manual. it is frustrating at first but you will love it after that, and guys will dig it. and then there are the guys who would feel embarassed coz they wish they knew how to drive it.

depending on your price range, there are a number of good cars out there that meet your requirements. as for the mustang, why not get a V6 model? those are fuel efficient. since you put this in the BMW section, perhaps you might look at the 3 series cars, l kind of like the 328i. if you want space then check out the ford edge or the subaru outback. depending on where you live the subaru would be real nice since it is all wheel drive.

Take into consideration that you will have to pay the insurance on this car. Unless you want those payments to be the same size as the loan payment, you should get something cheap, and not overpowered. The Mazda-3 is very popular, as are the scions. They are simple, inexpensive cars that should be cheap to operate and insure. Since they are both newer models, they should have good safety records.

l am 15 too, & l just bought a 2004 Mazda 6s with climate control, traction control, auto climate control, & the 3.0L V6 engine for $9,400. it is a great car. it only had 4,000 miles on it too!

i know a fair bit about cars to know that the equinox is a horrible car. do not buy a car specifically designed for the american market. ill explain why.

in america, nobody thinks about the long term. the average time between buying a car & selling one here is only 3 years. in europe it is 8 years. a car built for both markets is ur best bet because their standards r much higher than ours, it will be a better car.

look into the mazda 6 because it is a fantastic car. its amazing to drive, has a huge trunk, & even l can sit in the back seat behind my own driving position (i am 6'5'', & yes, only 15 lol)

tell ur dad he is a dumbass for buying that shelby also. it is anything but sporty. u guys obviously know nothing about cars. it has 500 horse power, 200 more than the standard one, & they did not change the brakes, suspension, springs, dampers, traction control, nothing! it is horrible to drive, for the same money he could have gotten the roush stage 3 mustang, which has almost as much horsepower as the shelby, but they changed everything in the car, not just the engine, so it is a better all rounder. l mean, the normal mustang already had the exact same suspension setup as a covered wagon (and l am not lying when l say this, it has a live rear axle, so does the shelby btw, the roush has a multi-link).

A good beginner is car is a Honda civic, Toyota Corolla, Some cars of that nature. A new driver does not need an extravagant sports car.

in your situation it is gotta be a toyota camry or a honda accord.the most recent models.japanese cars have always proven to be sporty, and at the same time fuel-efficient.take a look at the evolution 9 for example..2.0L inline-4.see? was that so bad? hahah.since you posted in the BMW section.i'm telling you that you can not use a BMW for that long.6-8 years.people usually sell their BMW is 3-5 years after using them..so it is not for you..

It should be 4-door, 4-cyls, not sporty. l would prefer Honda or Toyota. First time drivers usually have much higher insurance rates, should compare insurance rates while choosing the car - for example here - carquotes.fateback.com
