l have a 2000 BMW 328i, and I am about to change the spark plugs. Not sure what everyones running, but what do you think will be the best or would you recommend. What is everyone else running?

There were apparently several types of spark plug tried in the 325i & 328i. One example of change came with the COIL OVER spark Plugs. If u r using the recommended premium OCTANE gasoline u might want to experiment with a couple of different types of BOSCH plugs until u find what works best for u in ur climate & ur driving style. l like to open up the plug gap at least 20% to .035 inch.
Try BOSCH F8LCR or W8LCR making sure that the plug wires fit snugly & r in new condition. The OWNER'S MANUAL lists the spark plug type, heat range, & air gap. l have found that the spark plugs with 2, 3, or 4 electrodes r not as reliable as the single BOSCH electrode plugs.

l would go with NGK.
