Hard to tell since most big auto maker have teams of designers so it is not the work of only one person, and those designers have contracts that say that anything done by them becomes property of the company, so BMW have no interest on giving public credits to individual designers.
So BMW will just say : ''Halo headlights were created by BMW''.
