Is it worth getting the BMW performance air intake and suspension upgrades?

They are pricey but can you really feel a difference?

l have an E36 with a lot of mods & yes they were worth it. l would spend my money first on suspension & brakes. Just adding a set of springs will make ur car much more enjoyable to drive without sacrificing ride quality (they r pretty cheap also). Check out bimmerforums.com & see some of the stuff people have done to their cars, just beware u might become addicted to modifying cars (as l am) & it wo not stop. Another good cheap way to get horsepower is with a new chip/ reflash. They r called shark injectors at some places, others reflash the computer. This will be ur best hp/$ increase without forced induction.

You wo not see much performance improvements from air intake mods. 10hp max. hardly noticeable.

But if you like to take corners at high speeds, suspension mods will make the car turn tighter. But you will sacrifice ride quality for that.
