It sounds when l lock to the left.

Yes you can remove it yourself, just make sure you disconnect the battery while working on it. This will make sure it does not go off in your face

No reason why you can not remove the wheel yourself

Recommended procedure to disarm air bag is as follows

Ignition off
Remove key
Disconnect all battery cables
( make sure accidental reconnection is not possible)
wait 5 seconds

Personally l always wait at least 5 minutes before starting work near an air bag

it sounds like the slip ring.yes you can do it yourself disconnect the battery first.if your airbag is round you might find removing it quite hard.
