Ok listen up. Remember that movie with Cameron Diaz where she has a holiday exchange where they switch houses and etc. So when she was one day in town she was driving the mini cooper in manual. This does not mean all Mini is are manual. Even if you go on ebaymotors you can find some mini is in auto or manual. So this proves your friend does not know anything about German engineering.

Stay away form the automatics in the Coopers. The automatic trans fail all the time in them.
