I am looking at either a 2003 BMW 330ci automatic with 82k miles or a 2004 Lincoln LS V8 with 47k miles. Both are priced the same, but I am stuck on which one to pick. Any suggestions?

go to the car & driver site & stat reading the reviews. At the age ur buying there will be some long term reliability data out there. They both were rated very highly. The LS was designed to compete with the 330. The Lincoln does have much fewer miles & is a year newer, but it has been my experience that (depending on the type of driving done) that the Lincoln will need servicing sooner than the BMW. So they could be equal fin terms of which one will need service sooner. The BMW will hold its value longer than the Lincoln and. Ive also had much much better service at my BMW dealer than my Lincoln dealer.

The Lincoln is the better deal. It is faster in a striaght line, more comfortable and quieter. And has lower mileage. And l is cheaper to maintain and cheaper on insurance.

The 2003 330ci BMW is gorgeous, way prettier than the Lincoln LS . We have owned a Lincoln before . they're very comfortable .. big seats . & well, comfortable *lol*

May l not offend anyone . but l really consider Lincoln is ''Old people cars''. Now, the LS is more youthful .. but if you're not 50+ . do not get it! Not that fifty is old . l am just saying . people under that age . l want to see a sporty car.

l would take the BMW . much, much prettier - yet still classy .. both r built excellently .

It comes down to, What do u like? People always have ''their'' opinion on what is better .. we all like different cars .

l own a Lincoln LS & sold many many BMW's. The Lincoiln is a great car all around especially the 03+ since they recieved the vvt engine. Less problems came because of it as well as more power 286 hp. great overal power ride & l would say scale of 1-10 u would be satisfied with a 9.

But still expensive to fix as it is a Lincoln that uses a Jaguar motor.

Now the BMW is nice as well but with tht many miles there is no way l would reccomend it. Theres a reason why most people that own BMW is lease them & thats because after the warranty is over be preparred for costly maintnance & repairs.
