my lease is up, and i have to return my 530i bmw. What does the dealership look at? please help!!!!??

They look over everything in the contract you signed, l suggest reading it as each lease varies.

When you turn in your leased BMW, they have a tire guage to measure the tread. If it falls below the requirement on your lease contract, they will charge you for new tires. They also have a paint guage to see if there was any bodywork done, and if there was they will charge you accordingly. Other than that, everything else should be in your dealer maintenance records.

If you have negatively altered the vehicle is condition it was in since signing the lease (meaning far beyond 'normal wear and tear') then expect to be charged for it.
