get a 2nd hand one.try salvage yard or 2nd hand dealer.

Here is the problem. Your current cylinder head is worn, & ur piston rings r used getting ''less than perfect'' air pressure. When u install a rebuilt cylinder head on it, then the additional pressure would blow pass the rings, causing it to burn oil (This is called ''Blow-by'') After this point, u would have to rebuild the short block.

I've had some success with cars with less than 100K miles on it. But if engine has more than 100K, l would not rebuild the cylinder head.
