what is the average cost a a bmw? year 2000-2005
and a convertible bmw? year 2000-2005

i wanna get a car when l turn 16. what do you think what be better? a silver convertible or a blue convertible.
i'm asking for average prices because my parents are going to be paying but l dont wanna ask for something too expensive.

If it is used.it is still a lot, and if it is new, it costs even more. My dad has a 650i and he just barely had it paid off, and he has a good paying job. But at sixteen, a BMW just isnt practical unless your really spoiled. Even at 2000-2005 a BMW can cost a lot. If you really want a convertable, try something a little less expensive than something your parents might not even have. Have fun.

It depends what model u get & if it is used or new.. My BMW roadster was new & it was around 43 grand. You can pick & chose the immenities that u would like that may cost extra.

If you're lookin at a new 4 seater convertible u may be lookin at a price of 60 g or more.

If you're looking at used u may find some anywhere in the range of 25 to 35 thousand.

2000 version will be a lot less expensive than a 2005. The price range really depends on if it is used or new & how many miles r on the car & what year it is. l am sure u can find a cheaper one somewhere if you're interested in purchasing used.

As far as the colors l own the silver & it' GORGEOUS. The blue is very unique & awesome too so u have to decide what u want.

you are just turning 16,why not get a cheap car,for a start.
as u must be aware,the BMW cars are good,but u must be able to maintain it well,otherwise u have to visit the mechanics regularly.
again you have to depend on parents for gas.

Therefore, l would suggest u get a cheap n economical car for the start.
Dont burden yr parents.
when u earn your own,u buy BMW k.

Your car will probably cost u less than the insurance.

to give u some idea l am selling my BMW 328 coupe low mileage black leather interior & M3 kit for £4500 & my car is an R reg. BMWs keep their price if they r well looked after but the engine size will mean VERY VERY high insurance premiums.

My next door neighbour is 18 & drives a Corsa & he pays over £100 per month for his insurance on a 1.4 engine!!!!

By a little run around Corsa, 206 etc & save up until u have a few years no claims to get ur insurance down.

depends on the miles the car has. when u say convertible btn 2000 to 2005, u r only limited to 3,6 series & M6, M3 too. l guess ur parents will buy u a 3 series convertible.depending on the miles the car has..the should pay around $13000 to $30000..your selection is too broad because an 05 convertible 3 series can go as high as $30000 if it has less than 40000 miles. be more specific on what u want.why dont u get a honda,toyota, VW or a mustung till u grow older u can get a BMW. they r expensive to mentain lo!
